The basic premise is that their are three levels of life ( Level 1 Rat Race, Level 2 People hanging off the cliff to avoid falling into the Rat Race, and Level 3 Fat Rats eating cheese on top of the cliff ). Jersey Demic considers himself one of the people who are on level two, who are in limbo. These people experience a lot of things from excitement to disaster and this mixtape covers them all.
